Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours of being placed.

Orders placed on Sundays, National Holidays, or State Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines While delivery timelines may vary depending on your specific pin code and courier serviceability, our standard delivery estimates after dispatch are:

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days

Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days

Note: We currently ship exclusively within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on eligible pin codes and includes a nominal convenience fee, which is calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking Once shipped, you can monitor your package in real-time. Please use the tracking link provided via email/SMS to check the exact status of your delivery.
5. Missed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, please contact the courier directly using the tracking link provided to reschedule.

Failed COD Orders: If a Cash on Delivery order is rejected at the doorstep or returned to us (RTO) after 3 failed attempts, we reserve the right to restrict or disable the COD payment option for your account on future orders.

Failed Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or because the customer was repeatedly unavailable, a ₹150 re-shipping fee will be required to dispatch the parcel a second time.
6. Address Accuracy Please ensure that your shipping address (including landmark and pin code), mobile number, and email ID are entered correctly at checkout. Elitegents is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or RTO issues caused by incorrect or incomplete contact details.
7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, regional restrictions, or courier network disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact our support team.
8. Shipping Partners To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and Ecom Express.
