Return & Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with the fit or product, we offer bank refunds under the following conditions:

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be entirely unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all brand tags securely attached.

A nominal ₹200 handling and processing fee per item will be deducted from your final refund amount.

All eligible refunds will be processed to your bank account or original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
Exchange Policy We are happy to provide an exchange for a different size under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must meet the return conditions (unused, unwashed, original packaging, tags intact).

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

If your requested size is unavailable at the time of the exchange, a Credit Note will be issued, redeemable at elitegents.in within 30 days.
How to Process a Return or Exchange (Self-Shipping) Currently, reverse pickup is unavailable. To return or exchange an item:

Email elitegentscustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and state whether you want a Return (Refund) or an Exchange (with desired size).

Once your request is approved, carefully package the item and self-ship it via a reliable courier to our warehouse:

Shipping costs for returning the item to us will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products (Unboxing Video Required) We take strict quality control measures before shipping. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours.

Mandatory Requirement: Please record an uncut unboxing video when opening your package. This serves as proof of damage during transit or packing errors.

Email the unboxing video, clear photos of the defect, and your Order Number to elitegentscustomercare@gmail.com.

Once verified, we will promptly dispatch a free replacement.
Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Email us immediately at elitegentscustomercare@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

After Dispatch: Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Acceptance of Returns / Exchanges We strictly do not accept exchanges or returns for:

Dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color. (Note: A 10–12% color variation may occur due to studio lighting or individual screen resolutions.)

Products that show any signs of being washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
